This beautiful instrument is handcrafted utilising a 20-ply shell of alternating vertical and horizontal veneers – Maple for focus and warmth, and Birch for brightness and projection. The shell is then precision finished using a Black Tulip veneer and detailed with a stylish inlaid double pinstripe of maple. The Merlin is available in two options – 14” x 5.5”, 14” x 6.5” – each with its own characteristic voice offering a wide variety of sonic possibilities.
