The D’Addario PW-P047E is a 1/4-inch male stereo to 1/8-inch female stereo adapter (aka 6.5mm jack to 3.5mm headphone jack).

As a sound engineer and tech this is one of those little accessories that I have a few of; and always carry around in my backpack, guitar case, and even my car. You wouldn’t believe how handy having a headphone adapter is! This one too is robustly made, makes a solid connection every time, and its unique shape makes it easy to find in my bag in a dark gig.
