The Duesenberg Starplayer TV Black Sparkle is a semi-hollow iteration of our DSP, enhanced with a 60’s style tremolo, a floating bridge, and a sophisticated flamed maple back. It features a custom-wound DP90 in the neck position for an authentic blues tone, paired with a vintage Humbucker in the bridge position for versatile sound options.

The DTV stands out as one of the world’s premier guitars, evoking the era when rock & roll was in its infancy.

It boasts 22 frets, a traditionally set-in neck, a hollow body with a sustain block and curved sides, a multi-layer arched spruce top, a multi-layer arched flamed maple back, and bindings on the headstock, fingerboard, body top and back, F-hole, and neck heel. The Super Tremola tailpiece, floating bridge, three-step kidney-shaped tuner buttons, a P-90 construction single coil pickup at the neck, a vintage humbucker at the bridge, and the distinctive Duesenberg twang sound in the middle position of the 3-way switch complete this exquisite instrument.
