This is a wing-style/shape string guide for Fender Stratocaster which has been professionally aged (relic’d) to mimic the look of an old original. These are used on the Fender Road Worn series and designed to the same specifications as the original-era counterparts with matching patina!

String guides are used to help the nut work more effectively by creating a proper breakangle.
