The META Series MBM-2 Signature Guitar is now available in classic Red Sparkle Gloss featuring the same Zvex Fuzz Factory circuit and Sustainiac pickup system as used by Matthew Bellamy, live and in the studio.

The META version is Manon’s lower price point instrument that still delivers a playing and ownership experience for the Manson Guitar Works player. Produced under licence with Cort, it has now been further modified and developed to reflect more closely the body shape of the MB custom signature guitars played on stage with MUSE.

The Fuzz Factory powered by a 9-volt battery, allows for oscillating, glitchy, pitch-defying fuzzy tones. A kill-button allows stutter-style effects in regular mode but it comes a real sonic weapon when used in conjunction with the three classic Sustainiac modes.

Hardware is in chrome and features staggered locking tuners for quick string changes and the elimination of a traditional string tree.

The basswood body combines light weight with a neutral tonal balance. The bolt-on neck design features a hard maple construction with an Indian laurel fingerboard. The satin finish neck feels played in from day one and features a compound radius and a soft V profile.
