**PLEASE NOTE** These strings measure 37″ / 94cm from the ball end to the start of the silk winding. These strings have Yellow Silk at both ends of the string.

The ‘Black Nylon Trubass’ string was originally developed for the Burn’s Black Bison Bass. Great Strings to simulate a double bass sound on an standard bass guitar.

These strings have made the most famous appearance on the top of the ‘Apple’ building while Paul McCartney was playing his Hofner.

You will note that the tension is low, making this string extremely comfortable to play and the heavier gauge is due to anything lighter and the strings themselves would start to flap.
