Description

This version of Kaija Saariaho’s Tocar was written for Camilla Hoitenga (Flute) and Hélo se Dautry (Harp), who gave the first performance on 14 February 2014 in Clermont-Ferrand at La Comédie de Clermont. The original version ofTocar for Violin and Piano (CH76703) was commissioned by the International Jean Sibelius Violin Competition of the Sibelius Society and Sibelius Academy as a test piece for the 2010 competition.
