Description

High-quality Japanese-made, replacement unfinished Stratocaster body made from 2 piece north American Alder with a centre join. This is a true custom shop quality “tonewood” guitar body and is ideal for anyone wishing to build themselves a high-end guitar.

This body is routed for the traditional 3 singlecoil Strat pickups and has the traditional Strat bridge route to accept most vintage-style and contemporary tremolo systems. In addition to this, the 6 holes for traditional tremolo mounting are pre-drilled and measure 56mm between the two outer screw holes (centre to centre). The four holes for securing the neck to the guitar body are drilled but all other holes such as the ones for pickguard, strap buttons and jack socket plate will need to be drilled. These mount holes are purposely left blank to accomodate different Strat hardware options.
