Description
The Crossroads series, inspired by the classic instruments produced in America during the 1930s during the economic downfall. Simple undecorated guitars became popular and the wood’s tone was of utmost importance.
Tanglewood’s master designer, Michael Sanden, chose the wood and measurements to be used on the Crossroad series so that they remain deep in tone, and affordable in price.
An Orchestra body shape, the Crossroads TC3LH has a top that has been crafted from hand selected genuine Mahogany with Mahogany back and sides to match, delivering a beautifully rich tone.
A Mahogany neck is in place, featuring a traditional Rosewood fretboard which aids rich tones while levelling out high end harshness.
Befitting the time period to which the Crossroads series pays homage, Tanglewood have created the new Whiskey Barrel Burst satin finish so the TC3LH truly looks the part!
