Yamaha produced the YRS-24B descant recorder to set the standard for recorders and so it has proven as one of the world’s most popular recorder models. Ideal for beginners and school use because this recorder is easy to play with a clear soft tone.

The YRS-24B offer an ideal amount of air resistance for easy control, and feature an accuracy of intonation you would expect to find only one more expensive models. Made from ABS resin in a traditional brown finish, this recorder is hard-wearing and able to withstand the almost inevitable knocks.
